HMF Racing exhaust systems for the Polaris XPedition are available as a single Titan Slip-On or a Twin Loop System, both built from 304 stainless steel. The Slip-On picks up a couple of horsepower with an improved exhaust note. The Twin Loop maintains stock power while running 1–3 dB quieter than stock — ideal for areas with sound restrictions.
System Options
- Single Slip-On (Loud or Quiet): Single 5" stainless silencer. +2 HP. Easy bolt-on.
- Twin Loop System (Quiet): Dual Titan-QS silencers in series. Stock power. 1–3 dB quieter than stock.

Returns Policy
All products purchased through Hess Motorsports are subject to a 30 day return period from the ship date. Returned items must be in new and never mounted condition. Exchanges can be made on a product(s) that are defective from manufacturing and/or workmanship that hinder it’s intended use. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returns and/or exchanges must be approved prior to shipment and are subject to inspection upon arrival, before a refund and/or exchange can be issued.
