SAND STORM RZR DRIVE BELT – POLARIS RZR TURBO / RS1 / XP 1000 / RANGER XP (EX-COMPOUND)
Extreme-Duty High-Performance CVT Drive Belt

The most rugged, strongest, and longest-lasting Sand Storm belt available for high-performance side-by-side applications.
All-terrain belt designed for sand, dirt, mud, trails, dunes, and aggressive riding conditions.
Superior to OEM with advanced S & E compound quality, higher tensile-strength cord construction, and BDC™ top cog compound to retain cord rigidity and improve adhesion.
Aramid fiber impregnated bottom cogs for increased durability and heat resistance.
Bottom-side cog machining provides more exact belt-to-sheave cohesion—less slippage, less heat, and smoother engagement.
Specifically designed for high-horsepower and high-torque applications.

EX-COMPOUND PERFORMANCE

4X stronger than OEM and standard aftermarket belts for superior resistance to cord pop-out.
High-temperature, heat-resistant DUMAX™ polymer with directionally-oriented fibers beneath the base cord construction.
Designed to withstand extreme heat and friction for maximum power transfer through the clutch system.
Engineered to maintain maximum under-cord stiffness while allowing controlled flex for efficiency and cooler operating temperatures.
Helps retain cord line position — resists expansion or bulging beneath the top cog under squeeze pressure.

CORD

Next-generation ultra-strong aramid fiber cord capable of handling over 10,000 lbs of tensile load without stretching or breaking. EX-Compound belts utilize aramid fibers combined with DUMAX™ high-temperature compounds.

TOP COG

Next-generation cog design using DUMAX™ compound for superior above-cord strength, flexibility, and heat resistance—critical for modern high-horsepower and high-torque clutch systems.
