Terms and Conditions

Warranty and Liability

Hess Motorsports products are sold without any warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied due to the nature of their use. The entire risk to person(s) and property(s) associated with our product(s) is with you the purchaser and/or user. Hess Motorsports is not responsible for damage to property(s) or person(s) from installation or use of our product(s), including but not limited to injury and/or death. 

Purchaser understands and recognizes that Hess Motorsports manufactures and sells performance components and equipment that are subject to various different conditions due to the manner in which they are used. Purchaser also recognizes and agrees that the suitability of any part sold or manufactured by Hess Motorsports for a particular application is the purchaser's decision and that the purchaser is not relying on the skill or judgement of Hess Motorsports regarding suitability of any product or service. 

Hess Motorsports is not liable for any consequential damages, expenses or injuries arising from the use, misuse or improper installation of any product manufactured or sold by Hess Motorsports. Hess Motorsports reserves the right to make changes in design or add to or improve their product without incurring any obligation to install the same on any products previously manufactured. 

We highly recommend a Certified/ Professional mechanic to install and maintain our products. Due to the manner of use we recommend periodic inspection and maintenance of our products to ensure optimum performance. Replace or Repair components as necessary.  

Installation of certain aftermarket components may or may not void your warranty. Please contact your local dealer with questions.

Return Policy

All products purchased through Hess Motorsports are subject to a 30 day return period from the ship date. Returned items must be in new and never mounted condition. Exchanges can be made on a product(s) that are defective from manufacturing and/or workmanship that hinder it’s intended use. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returns and/or exchanges must be approved prior to shipment and are subject to inspection upon arrival, before a refund and/or exchange can be issued. Purchaser pays all associated costs related to return shipment, including insurance. Returns can take up to 15 days to process after receiving them.

 

Errors

With the fast passed industry, we try our best to list products efficiently and quickly. But we do make mistakes. If a pricing error or listing mistake is made, we retain the right to cancel or refuse the sale of a product(s).

 

Product Variants

Due to the constant evolution of our products we offer. The color, shape, size, bolts, spacers, washers, hoses, brackets, accessories and ascetics may change without notice. Provided photos and/or video are used as a reference and may not be the exact same item as currently offered. 

 

Compatibility

We test our products with a wide range of configurations. But we can not guarantee compatibility with other manufactures aftermarket parts. Combining our product(s) with another manufactures, could result in undesired result and may cause damage.

 

Orders

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days from time of purchase on in-stock items only. Larger orders with multiple items may take longer.

Time Sensitive and Critical Orders: If you have a critical or time sensitive order please follow your order up with a phone call so that we can do our best to accommodate you.

Backorders are subject to a first come first served bases, if current billing information is available to us. We allow 24 hours to contact Hess Motorsports back after first attempt to reach you for fulfillment of your backorder. Incorrect address, name, email, phone number and payment method can forfeit your position on the backorder list. PLEASE EMPTY YOUR VOICEMAIL BOX.

 

In an effort to protect your personal information, our system can only store your payment method for 6 days. If your order has items on back order, we will need to contact you for an updated payment method. Items are usually billed once a shipping label has been created. Reference your email for updated shipping information and tracking.
