HMF Racing exhaust systems for the Polaris RZR RS1 are available as a Dual Full System in Performance and Titan Series, a Twin Loop Quiet System in Titan-QS, and a Big Core Single Full System in the Performance Series. The Twin Loop System runs 8–10 dB quieter than stock without losing any power.
System Options
- Performance Dual Full: +9–11 HP / +5–7 ft-lb. Aluminum silencers, stainless head pipe.
- Performance Big Core Full: Single 4" silencer with 2.5" core. Aggressive sound, reduced weight.
- Titan-QS Dual Full: +9–11 HP / +5–7 ft-lb. Slightly quieter than stock muffler.
- Titan-QS Twin Loop: Dual Titan-QS silencers in series. Stock power levels. 8–10 dB quieter than stock.
