Hess Motorsports 4x4 Override / Full Lock / Tru Loc

With the factory configuration, the ECU will engage and disengage the 4x4 automatically. This has been known to cause damage to the differential. This kit helps prevent premature damage to your differential by keeping your 4x4 engaged without interference from ECU. We provide a full 12 volts to the Differential providing full engagement. Our harness is plug & play and will install in minutes. We use Marine grade components in all of our wiring harnesses to ensure lasting performance in all riding conditions. Don't be fooled by cheaper kits using standard components. Our Kit does not change the functionality of the differential. To understand how the differential works see the photos.

Returns Policy

All products purchased through Hess Motorsports are subject to a 30 day return period from the ship date. Returned items must be in new and never mounted condition. Exchanges can be made on a product(s) that are defective from manufacturing and/or workmanship that hinder it’s intended use. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returns and/or exchanges must be approved prior to shipment and are subject to inspection upon arrival, before a refund and/or exchange can be issued.
